Max Children setting adjustment

Valbuena, Angelo
Does anyone know when the Max Children setting  under Settings:MailScanner Settings:General comes into play? I have a single Org and a few domains.  I make changes to the number and save the setting but I don't see the number of children that MailScanner spawns change. When MailScanner restarts shouldn't it read this value from the DB and spawn children accordingly? I assume this value overrides the value in the MailScanner.conf.

Should be fine by default ( 6 ) ? Why are you thinking you need to adjust this ?

Re: Max Children setting adjustment

I was trying to lower the setting to do some testing between two different pieces of hardware and the same baruwa setup as I evaluate each vendor's hardware. Would I need to restart baruwa to have it read the new setting or just a MailScanner restart?
